Glen T. Jonas is the managing partner of Jonas & Driscoll. He has successfully defended numerous state and federal criminal cases. He practices exclusively criminal defense and civil rights. Mr. Jonas has written extensively on criminal law issues.

His articles have been published by Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and California Lawyer Magazine covering a wide variety of topics.

Mr. Jonas has lectured on behalf of the Los Angeles County Bar Association regarding criminal law developments. Mr. Jonas received a certificate of recognition from the United States District Court for his distinguished service.

In addition, he has been recognized twice by the F.A.M.E. Legal Clinic for donating his legal services to the indigent. He twice served as the Co-Chairman of the misdemeanor committee for the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.

Mr. Jonas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Irvine, with a Psychology. Mr. Jonas earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School where he graduated on the Deans List. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the National Honor Society in Psychology. Mr. Jonas has won the "Super Lawyer" award 9 years in a row (since its inception).
Christopher L. Driscoll is a partner with the Law Firm of Jonas & Driscoll and he is the attorney of record for Plaintiffs. Mr. Driscoll is admitted to practice in the District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Driscoll graduated in 1990 from Claremont McKenna College and holds a B.A. degree in economics. Mr. Driscoll graduated in 1993 from Loyola Law School.
He is a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. Following law school Mr. Driscoll joined the litigation department of the Los Angeles office of the prestigious law firm, Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander and Ferdon.

Subsequently, Mr. Driscoll became a judicial law clerk for a Magistrate Judge in the Central District of California. After the judicial clerkship Mr. Jonas and Mr. Driscoll formed Jonas & Driscoll, LLP.

Mr. Driscoll has handled hundreds of matters. He has represented all types of individuals, from the most powerless individuals such as injured, poor immigrants, and women terminated due to their pregnancy, to the most powerful such as a CEO and the entire management of a multinational company, a racer in the Indianapolis 500, and the manager for a gold selling musical act.

Mr. Driscoll has handled all aspects of civil matters from the filing of the Complaint through affirmance of a jury verdict on appeal.
